At Bamboo Stick Masters we take pride in our quality control procedures to make sure our customers receive products of the highest quality. We examine each and every box before sending orders to customers. Occasionally we find products or packaging does not meet our strict quality standards.

The products that do not pass our quality standards are almost always good enough to be used, they may have a minor defect or the packaging may be damaged.

Our products are often bought by schools, children’s nurseries and charities as well as not for profit organisations. We would therefore like to give, free of charge, these usable products that have not passed our strict quality standards, to schools, children’s nurseries, charities and not for profit organisations.

There is no limit to how many products you can get FREE OF CHARGE. This offer is subject to availability.
